I always like to point out these bigger or more public organizations using social media because it is harder make it happen when there are a lot of cooks in any org&#039;s kitchen. The hard part is taking those first steps. You hope that this is movement in the right direction...hopefully they keep listening to users like yourself giving them great feedback.</description>

		<description>Yes, I was also very happy to hear about the library&#039;s foray into social media.  However, upon asking them to keep me informed, they pointed me to their web site event listings.

Communication needs to be proactive on their part.  It shouldn&#039;t require me to be proactive in going to their site to get the new event schedule.  &quot;Feed&quot; me, baby.

I registered for their newsletter a few weeks ago, but have yet to receive any correspondence.

So, although it is a step in the right direction, they need to keep steppin!&#039;</description>
